About your GoTo Expert

Arkadia Clinic is a specialist neurodevelopmental assessment and support service. We provide high-quality ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments and diagnostic services, helping children, young people, and adults gain clarity, understanding, and access to the support they need. At Arkadia Clinic, we believe diagnosis is only the beginning. Thrive Beyond provides compassionate, neuroaffirming support that empowers individuals and families to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and flourish in education, work, and everyday life. Our ADHD and Autism service provides expert outpatient clinics and specialist neurodevelopmental assessments, supporting the NHS in managing the growing demand for timely assessment and diagnosis across both adult and paediatric populations. We deliver fully managed insourced services within NHS settings, working in partnership with healthcare systems to provide efficient, high-quality care that reduces waiting times while maintaining clinical excellence. Our insourced model integrates seamlessly with existing pathways, enabling Trusts and services to expand capacity without disruption. In parallel, we offer private assessment and diagnostic services through Arkadia Clinic, providing individuals and families with greater flexibility and faster access to support outside of NHS waiting lists. These services mirror the same high clinical standards and can support continuity of care where appropriate. Across both pathways, our focus is on delivering accessible, compliant, and patient-centred neurodevelopmental services that support both immediate demand and long-term service sustainability.

As an adult woman now going through perimenopause, I have struggled for many years with symptoms that I could never quite explain. When I started experiencing perimenopause, many of these symptoms became more noticeable, and I felt it was finally time to consider an assessment. I met Sarah at Arkadia Clinic, and from the beginning she really put my mind at ease. After completing the initial forms, I attended an assessment which lasted around two hours. I usually find it very difficult to focus for long periods of time and can struggle without distractions, but Sarah made me feel completely at ease. She clearly explained the process, was patient and understanding, and guided me through the assessment at a pace that felt comfortable. I have now received my report and a diagnosis of Inattentive ADHD. Having this diagnosis has helped me understand so many of the symptoms and difficulties I have experienced throughout my life. When Sarah talked me through the results of my assessment, I felt genuinely heard and validated. She also supported me with helpful strategies and clearly discussed the next steps available to me. The whole experience has given me a much better understanding of myself and why I have struggled with certain things over the years. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, understanding and support I received. Thank you so much, Sarah and everyone at Arkadia Clinic. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering an ADHD assessment.

After many years of wondering whether there was an underlying reason for some of the difficulties my son experienced growing up, we finally decided to pursue an ADHD assessment. From the very beginning, we felt listened to and understood. The assessment process was thorough, professional and supportive, and we were given the opportunity to talk openly about James’s childhood, his experiences at school and the difficulties he has continued to face as an adult. James has now received his ADHD diagnosis, and although a diagnosis cannot change the difficulties he has experienced over the years, it has given us answers and a much better understanding of why he has found certain things so challenging. As his mum, there is also a sense of relief in finally having an explanation for behaviours that we struggled to understand when he was younger. Looking back, so many things now make more sense. I would highly recommend the service to any family or adult considering an ADHD assessment. We were treated with kindness and understanding throughout, and most importantly, James felt listened to rather than judged. Thank you for helping us finally get some of the answers we have been looking for.
