I can’t recommend (Karolina ) Crafty Vibes enough!
She is incredibly organised, creative, and genuinely passionate about making children’s parties special. Every activity was thoughtfully planned, and the children had an absolute blast from start to finish. Her ideas were unique, fun, and kept everyone entertained throughout the party.
What really stood out was how she completely saved the day. Our original party venue cancelled at the last minute, and I honestly thought my daughter’s birthday would have to be cancelled because everywhere else was fully booked. Karolina was so patient and supportive, helping me search for so many alternative venues until we found a solution. She even agreed to organise everything at the very last minute, despite the short notice and her own family commitments, just to make sure my daughter didn’t miss out on her special day.
She truly goes above and beyond, pays attention to every little detail, and genuinely cares about creating the best experience for both the children and their parents.
Thank you, Karolina, for making Layla’s birthday so special and stress-free. I would 100% recommend Crafty Vibes to anyone looking for a fun, creative, and professionally organised children’s party!
If you want someone who genuinely cares and will do everything possible to make your child’s celebration unforgettable, Crafty Vibes is the perfect choice. 💕

Karolina put together the most wonderful Wicked-themed craft activities for my daughter’s 8th birthday party. On a brief initial phone call, Karolina really listened to what I had in mind, and what my daughter enjoyed, and put together the most beautiful package of personalised tote bags and bookmarks. Everything came so beautifully and carefully packaged, with very easy instructions for the day of the party. The materials are beautiful quality and the price very reasonable too. Each girl had six colours of paint to decorate their totes and Karolina even included some extra pots of white paint and paper plates (for use as mixing trays) to give more blending options. All the children had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the craft activities were - I honestly couldn’t recommend Karolina at Crafty Vibes highly enough, she’s been a delight to work with from beginning to end and customer service has been second to none! Thank you so much 🩷

Karolina came to our house to do our daughter’s 7th birthday party. It was fantastic - the children made a canvas and a bookmark and had loads of fun. Karolina was great - she was really responsive about the planning, accommodating of all of our ideas - even including Pokémon! She was super organised and friendly, lovely materials and the kids were thrilled with what they had made. Highly recommend! Thank you Karolina!
