WHAT IS IN THESE TERMS? 

These Terms are the rules for using our website www.askgoto.com (“the Website”) and the services offered on it/in conjunction with it. It will form an agreement between You, the User of this Website (including any person using this Website on Your behalf) (“You/Your”) and ASK GOTO Limited and its affiliates, (“Ask GoTo/Us/Our/We”) the owner(s) of the Website. Any documents, policies and terms referred to below will be incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

1. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE 

1.1. By using Our Website, You confirm Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, policies and guidelines incorporated in it. If You do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use this Website. 
 
1.2. We suggest that You print/save a copy of these Terms for future reference, but please note that the Terms may be amended from time to time, and You should always ensure you are referring to the correct and most updated version as published on Our Website. 
 
1.3. These Terms apply to Your use of this Website at any time and for whatever purpose. It will not change the terms of any other agreement we may have in place with You now or in future. 
 
1.4. You represent and warrant that You are over the age of 18 and are lawfully able to accept these Terms. If You are using the Website on behalf of any entity, You further represent and warrant that You are authorised to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify Us for violations of these Terms. 
 
1.5. The Website will offer You, as Member of the Ask GoTo Business Directory (“Member”), the opportunity to showcase your business and its details in various ways; Including our social media groups, website, networking events, expo events and our print magazine. 

2. ABOUT US 

2.1. Company details. Ask GoTo Limited (company number 10844963) is a company registered in England and Wales and Our registered office is at Warren Park, 3 Warren Yard, Wolverton Mill, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NW. We own and operate the Website www.askgoto.com (“the Website”).

3. OTHER TERMS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU 

3.1. These Terms of Use refer to additional terms which also apply to Your use of the Website (“Additional Terms”): 
 
3.1.1. Our Privacy and Cookie Policy you can find at https://askgoto.com and see below how We may use Your personal information; 
 
3.1.2. Club Membership Terms; which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

4. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU 

4.1. Entire agreement. We will rely on these Terms and your order as the agreement between Us as far as is legally permissible. If You require any changes, please make sure that You ask for them in writing to try and help avoid misunderstandings of what we expect of each other. If You are a business, these Terms together with the Additional Terms above represent the entire agreement between You and Us in relation to Your use of the Website. You acknowledge that You have not relied on any statement, promise or representation, assurance or warranty that is not set out in these Terms. Our liability to You will also be capped to the value of the Services purchased by You if You are a business customer. 
 
4.2. Transfer of Contract. We may transfer Our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will always let You know if this happens and will make sure that Your rights under these Terms are not affected. You may not transfer Your rights to another party without Our prior consent. 
 
4.3. Contracting Age. In order to validly contract with Us You must be 18 years or older. Please do not use this Website if You are not 18 years or older. 
 
4.4. Location & Language. These Terms are intended for people residing in the UK. We do not represent that the content available on or through Our Website is appropriate for use in other locations and will be made only in the English language. 
 
4.5. Amendments/Changes. 
 
4.5.1. We may change Our Terms from time to time, to reflect any changes to what we offer, Our customer’s needs and Our business priorities. We will give you notice of these changes by publishing the updated Terms on the Website. You should check these Terms regularly and at least every time you use the Website to ensure that You are happy with any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes to the Terms if You continue to access or use the Website. 
 
4.5.2. We may also update and change Our Website from time to time. 

5. MEMBERSHIP 

5.1. The Membership Options and the Subscriptions payable in respect of the various Membership Options are detailed under the Advertising Packages tab on the Website, which you can access here www.askgoto.com 
 
5.2. To become a member, you must pay the subscription fees applicable to the particular Membership You choose. We use a payment platform to make and receive payments, and you will be directed to it once you click “Join Today”. Subscriptions are due monthly, and payment is set up on a subscription basis with our payment portal. 
 
5.3. If the one off payment option is required, You will be required to send an email request for either a payment link for an annual payment via the payment platform or a request for an invoice. 
 
5.3.1. The annual payment link option has an auto renew function for the end of the calendar year, You MUST cancel your subscription prior to the end of the calendar if renewal is NOT required. 
 
5.3.2. If an invoice is requested for your annual payment, the invoice will be sent via email for payment within 5 days from the invoice raised date. 
 
5.4. All new clients will be vetted through checks of your online reviews and testimonials before accepting your membership. 
 
5.5. On receipt of payment and after the vetting procedure (see point 5.4), a Welcome email will be sent acknowledging receipt of your order plus detailing the steps You must to follow to activate your membership. 
 
5.6. Locking out the competition from your business sector is only available with Exclusive partner package. For all other packages there is no limit to the number of businesses from the same sector that can sign up to membership. 

6. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIPS 

6.1. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing sam@askgoto.co.uk. We require 1 month's notice for Online Business Directory and Networking membership, and 6 months' notice if your membership includes print advertising. 

7. FAILED PAYMENTS 

7.1. If your monthly payment fails, you will be emailed to advise and a one off payment (including non payment fees) link will be set up and emailed to you to allow you to catch up payments. If the catch up payment then fails, your membership will be cancelled immediately. 
 
7.1.2. If a monthly payment fails, automatic post approval on the Mum to Mum and Beyond Facebook group will be removed until overdue payments have been paid. 

8. NETWORKING EVENTS 

8.1. All details including dates and venue can be found on our website askgoto.com by clicking the GoTo events tab. 
 
8.2. Dates must be booked via Eventbrite or RSVP to the What’s App group. 
 
8.3. The first month is bookable via Eventbrite and thereafter you can only attend if you have purchased an AskGoTo membership package. 

9. PRINTED DIRECTORY 

9.1. If your package includes advertising in our bi-yearly printed directory, you will be contacted via email 3 months before the publication date. This email will detail our requirements regarding your advertisement. 
 
9.1.2. If You are supplying artwork, you must ensure Our required specifications are followed. Any deviation from the specifications, you will be informed via email and rework of the artwork may be required. 
 
9.1.3. If You require the services of Our designer, a quotation will be sent in the first instance for the design service for your approval. 
 
9.2. For all pages designed by Us a proof will be sent to the customer for approval. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure any amendment or corrections are communicated via email. 9.2.1. The proof should be checked by you against your original design brief for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement. You, the Customer are fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof, so please make sure you review it thoroughly. 

10. ONLINE DIRECTORY 

10.1. An Online Directory listing for our website askgoto.com will be created by ourselves, using the contact information from your website or Facebook page. 
 
10.2. You, the client is responsible for communicating any contact information amendments in writing. 

Terms and Conditions for Directory Users 

Effective Date: 6th January 2025 
 
By accessing or using our online business directory ("the Directory"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Directory. 

1. Use of the Directory 

The Directory is provided for general information and convenience. It is not an endorsement of any listed business. 
We research the businesses to ensure they have good reviews and respond immediately to any complaints about the business (if received). 
Users may browse, search, and contact businesses listed in the Directory. 
You agree to use the Directory for lawful purposes only. 

2. Accuracy of Listings 

We strive to keep listings accurate and up to date but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information. 
It is your responsibility to verify any business details before engaging with them. 

3. No Liability 

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from interactions, transactions, or disputes with businesses listed in the Directory.  
We do not accept liability for the quality of products or services offered by listed businesses. 

4. User Conduct 

You agree not to:  
Use the Directory for unsolicited marketing or spam.  
Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Directory.  
Collect data or contact details from the Directory for resale or misuse. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content, logos, and structure of the Directory are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. 

6. Changes to the Directory or Terms 

We reserve the right to modify or remove listings, features, or these Terms at any time without notice.  
Continued use of the Directory after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 

7. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
